HARBIN Institute of Technology Shenzhen (HITSZ) is going to accept 1,000 undergraduate students this year, the university announced yesterday.

Among them, 185 places will be given to gaokao takers from Guangdong Province and the rest will be distributed to students from another 19 provinces. Compared with last year, the university has included two more regions: Henan Province and the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

The university has also added two more undergraduate majors, math and business management.
