个人简介(About the speaker):

Dr. H. C. Ho is Deputy Executive Secretary of Chinese National Engineering Research Centre for Steel Construction (Hong Kong Branch) of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is also a Senior Project Fellow in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dr. Ho’s research interests are high performance steel materials, non-linear structural analysis, structural fire engineering, and computational fluid dynamics.  In recent years, Dr. Ho has developed expertise in theoretical and numerical modelling on structural behaviour of building structures and tunnels under fires.
