内容摘要Abstract:Higher-order topological phases have been proposed in various systems. In the 2-dimentional case, the 2nd order topological states are localized at specific corners in real space, which are referred as topological corner states. We study transport properties of topological corner states in a2-dimentional honeycomb latticewith in-plane Zeeman field. Numerical results show that, dressed by incoming electrons, topological corner states can assist resonant tunneling and form a dimer state, whose wavefunction extends vastly in the classically forbidden region. Tuning the Zeeman field strength, multiple resonant tunneling events are mediated bythe same dimer state, whichmanifestsa re-entrance effect.

 

个人简介(About the speaker):许富明2011年于香港大学获得博士学位,现任深圳大学物理学与光电工程学院副教授、硕士生导师. 主要研究方向为介观系统量子输运,利用非平衡格林函数方法和散射矩阵理论,探讨自旋、能谷和拓扑系统中新奇的量子输运现象和低维介观系统中普适性的统计规律等. 已结题国家自然科学基金项目两项,在Phys. Rev. B、New J. Phys.等物理学期刊发表论文30余篇。
