内容摘要Abstract:

Electric and photoelectric properties in low-dimensional system, quantum transport in nanoscale devices and topological state study are all research hotspots in recent years. This presentation briefly introduces our recent theoretical researches in these area. Three aspects are included. I. First principles modeling about the electronic and photoelectric properties in 2D KAgSe and heterostructures. II. DC, thermal and AC transport modeling in nanoscale devices based on the NEGF-DFT method; III.Topological superconductivity in one-dimensional graphene systems.

 个人简介(About the speaker):

王斌,深圳大学物理与光电工程学院教授,硕士生导师,深圳市高层次人才。研究领域为凝聚态计算物理,关注方向包括量子输运理论和模拟、低维光电材料性能调控、拓扑物态分析等。近年来,以第一作者和通讯作者身份在PRB等期刊发表SCI论文60余篇,主持两项国家自然科学基金项目和多项深圳市基础科研项目。
