内容摘要Abstract：

In this paper, the nonconforming virtual element method is employed to approximate semilinear elliptic problems over arbitrary polygonal meshes. The nonlinear load term is approximated by employing the orthogonal L2 projection. We prove the optimal convergence of the nonconforming virtual element method in norm. Finally, we investigate the convergence of the nonconforming virtual element method by some numerical examples, which verify the theoretical results.

肖留超，河南工业大学理学院副教授，院长助理，硕士生导师，2008年毕业于郑州大学数学系获理学博士学位，研究方向为：有限元方法及其应用，发表学术论文20多篇，主持完成国家自然科学基金项目2项。
