个人简介

张倩博士2009年于浙江大学材料科学与工程学院获得博士学位后,先后在新加坡国立大学化学系、美国波士顿学院物理系和美国休斯敦大学物理系从事热电材料相关研究。在世界顶尖的热电材料和器件专家任志锋教授课题组从事热电材料及器件相关技术研究5年多(2010年5月-2015年11月),主要参与美国能源部多校(麻省理工学院、橡树岭实验室、加州理工学院、波士顿学院、休斯敦大学等)联合项目“Solid State Solar Thermal Energy Conversion Center”,优化开发高性能热电材料。自2006年起在国际知名刊物上发表相关文章三十余篇。其中第一作者文章18篇,SCI文章16篇,EI文章2篇,SCI引用1900多次,H因子22,申请国家专利9项,其中已授权中国发明专利5项,授权美国发明专利2项,在国际会议上报告十余次,担任著名材料物理能源类期刊长期审稿人,受邀评阅来自10多种国际学术期刊的稿件如J. Am. Chem. Soc., Energy Environ. Sci., Adv. Energy Mater., Appl. Energy, IEEE TIM等。2015年11月至今任职于哈尔滨工业大学深圳研究生院材料科学与工程学院,教授,入选哈工大青年拔尖人才计划,开展关于新型热电转换材料的开发与应用研究。

研究方向

热电半导体能源材料:包括热电材料的合成,电声输运调控,热电器件相关研究等。
