ESTEBAN BUSSO, an academician of the U.K. Royal Academy of Engineering, was appointed as the chief academic adviser at Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen yesterday.

The university has so far appointed more than 10 top experts from home and abroad as chief academic advisers, including Nobel laureate George Smoot.
