个人简介

Dr. Chi Wai Wong is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Automation at the Harbin Institute of Technology Shenzhen Graduate School since 2011. He obtained his BEng and PhD in Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Manchester in 2002 and 2007, respectively. He received the prestigious postdoctoral fellowship from JSPS (Japan) in 2007 and became a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Tokyo between 2007 and 2009. After he moved back to Hong Kong, he then became a research associate at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2010. He has extensive experience with flow visualization techniques, pressure and force measurements, and optical measurements in unsteady flows. His research areas include subsonic vehicles, active/passive flow control, flow separation control, turbulent boundary layer control, and cylinders in axial flows. His recent research has been funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
