个人简介

陈祖煌博士,2006年本科毕业于厦门大学材料系,2008年硕士毕业于浙江大学材料系,2012年于新加坡南洋理工大学材料科学与工程系获博士学位,先后跟随Lane Martin教授和R. Ramesh院士在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校(UIUC)、加州大学伯克利分校和劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室从事博士后研究。主要从事铁电和多铁等复杂功能氧化物薄膜、异质结和纳米结构的外延生长,及其多场下铁电、压电、磁电和光电等性能调控及相关物理机制研究,并致力于其在信息存储、能量存储和转换、传感与驱动等领域的应用。在BiFeO3多铁薄膜的晶格多样性、畴结构控制和畴壁功能性、极化翻转和测量、反铁磁性调控和磁电耦合机制,以及氧化物异质结界面效应等基础研究中做出了原创性贡献;并与英特尔公司合作开展多铁性薄膜在低功耗存储器和逻辑芯片的应用研究。迄今,在Phys. Rev. Lett., Nat. Commun.(2篇), PNAS, Adv. Funct. Mater., Nano Lett.(3篇), ACS Nano(3篇), Adv. Mater.(6篇), Phys. Rev. B (7篇), ACS Appl. Mater. Inter. (3篇), Appl. Phys. Lett. (13篇)等期刊上发表SCI论文56篇;研究成果被“集成铁电学之父” 英国皇家学会院士James F. Scott教授、铁电领域专家瑞士技术科学院院士Nava Setter教授、氧化物电子学领域专家美国工程院院士Darrell Schlom教授、多铁领域权威美国工程院院士R. Ramesh教授和英国皇家学会院士Nicola Spaldin教授等学者发表在Nature,Science, Nat. Mater., Nat. Nanotechnol., Nat. Phys, Nat. Rev. Mater.,Rev. Mod. Phys.,PRL等期刊引用,总引用次数>1215次,H因子20。受邀为Nano Lett.和Adv. Mater..等十多个国际期刊审稿,以及斯坦福同步辐射光源(SSRL)项目评审。

研究方向

 铁电、多铁等功能氧化物薄膜和异质结的外延生长,及其多场下铁电、介电、压电、磁电耦合等性能调控及器件研究,探索其在低功耗存储、能量转换和传感驱动等领域的应用
 氧化物异质结界面等量子受限系统的新颖特性和物理机制研究
 氧化物异质结及自组装纳米结构的设计、生长及其光电性能研究
