个人简介

哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)材料学院教授、博士生导师,哈工大青年拔尖人才。
长期从事铁电、铁磁、多铁和强关联电子体系等新型电子功能薄膜材料的制备、结构和性能调控、相关物理机制研究,探索功能氧化物薄膜在低功耗存储、传感与驱动等领域的应用。主要涉及在原子尺度上对氧化物薄膜和异质结的设计及外延生长,铁电、铁磁、压电、磁电和光电等性能表征和相关物理机制研究,以及相关器件的优化设计及制备。在铁电和多铁薄膜的应变调控、晶格多样性、畴结构控制和畴壁功能性、极化翻转和测量、反铁磁性调控和磁电耦合机制,以及功能氧化物异质结界面效应和纳米结构的自组装制备等基础研究中做出了原创性贡献;在器件应用方面,博后期间与英特尔公司组件研发部门合作开展多铁BiFeO3 薄膜在新型低功耗、非易失性存储器和逻辑芯片的应用研究。
迄今,在Phys. Rev. Lett., PNAS, Nature Nanotechno., Adv. Funct. Mater., Nature Commun. (3篇), Sci. Adv. (2篇), Nano Lett.(3篇), ACS Nano(3篇), Adv. Mater.(6篇), Phys. Rev. B (7篇), Appl. Phys. Lett. (13篇)等国际期刊上发表SCI论文60余篇;研究成果被Nature,Science, Nature Mater., Nature Nanotechnol., Nature Phys, Nat. Rev. Mater.,Rev. Mod. Phys.,Phys. Rev. Lett.等期刊引用,总引用次数>1340次,H因子21(Google Scholar Citations);研究工作被劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室等机构或杂志选为研究亮点报道。曾获“国家优秀自费留学生奖学金”和南洋理工大学Ian Ferguson Postgraduate Fellowship;获亚太同步辐射研究协会AOFSRR资助应邀参加第五届亚太同步辐射论坛。多次应邀为Nano Lett.和Adv. Mater.等十多个期刊的审稿和斯坦福同步辐射光源SSRL项目评审。

研究方向

 铁电、铁磁、多铁等复杂功能氧化物薄膜和超晶格的外延生长,及其多场下铁电、铁磁、压电、磁电耦合等性能调控及器件研究,探索其在低功耗存储、能源转换和传感驱动等领域的应用
 铁性薄膜畴界和相界、氧化物异质结界面等量子受限系统的新颖特性和物理机制研究
 氧化物自组装纳米结构的设计、生长及其光电性能研究
