个人简介

先后主持和参与多项国家级、省部级和香港地区级科研基金项目以及企业委托项目等纵横向科研课题;累计发表学术论文70余篇,其中SCI论文20余篇,EI论文10余篇;在美国出版英文学术专著1部,参编安徽省高层钢结构住宅技术规程1部,参编安徽省省级规划教材3本;累计申请发明专利10项,授权4项;参加境外国际学术会议10余次,并做主题学术报告,累计发表会议论文20余篇。

研究方向

主要研究领域包括冷弯钢结构、高强钢结构、不锈钢结构、铝合金结构、薄壁结构、钢管混凝土组合结构、钢结构实验与设计、FRP加固钢管节点、FRP加固混凝土结构等。

课题组目前招聘博士后研究人员两名,具体要求如下:

一、研究方向:
1. FRP加固混凝土结构方向
2. 混凝土构件实验,包括静力实验和动力实验
3. 混凝土构件数值模拟,如ABAQUS软件等
4. FRP和混凝土界面剪切滑移关系的研究
5. FRP加固混凝土结构的力学分析和设计方法
6. 水泥基复合材料劣化机理研究
二、应聘条件:
1. 近年内已获得土木工程或相近专业博士学位或已取得被授予博士学位的资格;
2. 有比较强的英语阅读能力和英语写作能力;
3. 应聘者需具有良好的混凝土结构加固方向的研究背景。
4. 具有优良的团队合作精神;
5. 撰写的研究论文已在高水平国际学术期刊发表或接受发表者优先。
三、聘期待遇:
1. 聘期2年;
2. 每年发放博士后研究人员工资5万元RMB;
3. 年度考核合格后,深圳市政府每年发放12万元RMB(税后)的博士后津贴;
4. 课题组将视申请者资历给予科研津贴(>2500/月) ,工作业绩突出者将额外给予一定的科研奖励;
5. 提供住房补贴或安排政府廉租房,房租按照市场价格给予一定折扣计算,并同时享受每月2240元的住房补贴;
6. 年薪26万以上;
7. 博士后在站期间,落常住户口,配偶及其未成年子女可随本人流动,落暂住户口。
四、发展前景:
1. 博士后出站后留深圳工作可申请10万元RMB科研启动经费;
2. 出站在深圳市工作,符合深圳市后备级人才条件的可以获得80万RMB的住房补贴;
3. 海外博士留深工作可以申请深圳市孔雀计划80-100万住房补贴;并可申请300-500万科研启动经费。
