个人简介

朱旭1999年本科毕业于华中科技大学电子与信息工程系,以全系第一名的成绩被教育部保送至香港科技大学电机与电子工程系学习,于2003年获得博士学位。她2003年获得英国利物浦大学电机与电子工程系教职,2007年获终身教职,历任Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Reader。她从2016年起任哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)教授。
朱旭博士是第十一批国家青年千人计划入选者。她在无线通信和信号处理领域已发表超过150篇高水平的国际期刊和会议论文,并主持和参与总值超过1200万人民币经费的科研项目。她的研究兴趣包括MIMO多天线系统,信道估计与均衡,盲检测算法,资源分配,协作通信,认知无线网络等。
朱旭已主持和参与完成多个研究项目。她主持完成了一个“绿色”无线通信系统的可发和验证。项目总价值超过50万英镑,由英国EPSRC(等同于自然科学基金委)资助。她还与VST公司合作,成功开发了基于RFID的盲人室内引导系统。朱旭是欧共体一个名为 Antenna Centre of Excellence 的价值1000万欧元的项目成员之一。她与新加坡,日本等国的大学或研究机构有密切合作,形式包括共同署名论文,合作项目,联合培养学生等。她曾两度作为海外合作者参与完成国家自然科学基金项目。
朱旭博士是IEEE高级会员,目前担任IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications的编委,并担任过数个国际期刊(如 International Journal of Antennas and Propagation )的客座编辑。她参与组织了30多个国际会议,例如担任IEEE ICC 2016的Symposium Co-Chair, IEEE IUCC-2016的Publicity Chair,2006 和2008 年度 ICA Research Network International Workshop的Vice Chair等。她经常担任IEEE,IET等学会旗下的期刊及会议的审稿人。
作为第一导师,朱旭博士已经指导14名博士生和2名研究型硕士(MPhil)毕业 ,其中两人获得中国政府颁发的“国家优秀自费留学生奖学金”(每年仅20-30名留英学生获奖)。她还先后成功指导了8名博士后。
朱旭博士有丰富的教学经验。她在利物浦大学曾教授过十几门不同的课程,包括专业课,基础课,计算机,实验等。她的英文流利,所教授的课程被学生评价为思路清晰,内容完整。在问卷调查中,学生对她的授课满意度在90%以上,并曾多次提名她为优秀教师。
在科研和教学之余,朱旭还曾担任利物浦大学电机与电子工程系教务长一职,成功的管理和协调与教学有关的大小行政事务。她还曾担任利物浦大学数个常务理事会的会员,参与学校的决策。

研究方向
