个人简介

杨月博士,2012年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学热科学与能源工程系,并于2016年博士毕业于美国亚利桑那州立大学机械工程系。博士毕业后继续留在美国亚利桑那州立大学进行博士后期间的研究,并于2017年2月份被哈尔滨工业大学深圳研究生院聘为助理教授。在博士期间,杨月博士在国际杂志上一共发表了16篇学术文章,其中7篇第一作者,包括国际顶级杂志Physical Review Letters,Applied Physics Letters。基于杨月博士在自身科研领域的贡献,他也被多家国际杂志社邀请为学术文章审稿人。杨月博士也多次获得校内和美国国家科学基金会奖学金参加国际学术会议,并多次做过重要学术报告,包括RAD-16,Meta’15,IMECE2013等。杨月博士的博士论文获得了亚利桑那州立大学工程学院优秀论文奖(工程学院7个系一共4个名额)。
