个人简介

哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)材料学院教授、博士生导师,中组部青年千人计划获得者,哈尔滨工业大学拔尖人才。主要从事低维量子材料及量子器件,印刷电子材料及器件的研究以及功能材料/纳米材料连接技术的研究。已在Science Advances,Nature Materials,Nature Physics,Nano Letters,Phys. Rev. Lett.,2D Materials等国际期刊发表学术论文20余篇,入选ESI高被引论文2篇,入选ESI热点论文1篇。获得授权专利13项,包括美国专利1项。

研究方向

1.低维量子材料及量子器件;
2.印刷电子材料与器件;
3.功能材料及纳米材料连接技术。
